Submit Drawing / Sample
You provide a drawing (PDF, DWG, STEP) or a physical sample. Even with incomplete details, our engineers can assist. Surface debris removal.

Design Optimization & Simulation
Our team uses advanced CAD/CAM and CAE software (including casting simulation) to optimize your design, predict potential defects, and refine the process before production begins.

Pattern & Tooling
Based on the optimized design, we manufacture high-precision wooden or metal patterns.

Casting
We melt high-quality raw materials in our large-scale electric arc furnaces (30-80 t) and refining furnaces (120 t). The molten steel is then poured using controlled sand molding processes.

Heat Treatment
Castings undergo normalization, quenching, and tempering in our large-capacity heat treatment kilns (up to 9m) to achieve the required mechanical properties.

Precision Machining
Our advanced machining workshop, equipped with φ10m vertical lathes and φ10m gear hobbing machines, ensures your parts meet tight tolerances (AGMA 10-12 and ±0.5mm).

Inspection & Testing
Every casting undergoes a strict quality control protocol: chemical analysis (spectrometer), mechanical testing (tensile/impact/hardness), and NDT (UT/MT/PT/X-ray).
